Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding service across customer zones
• Engage actively with guests and answer their queries
• Handle processing of payments and memberships

Requirements:
• Successful completion of Grade 12 or higher
• Solid ability to interact and resolve guest issues
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during shifts
• First Aid and AED certification needed
