Reporting to the Health, Safety and Setting Manager, the Manufacturing Health & Safety Business Partner will work collaboratively with all organization levels. Your mission includes overseeing the Calgary Manufacturing H&S; program and supporting the delivery of the DHC-515 water bomber aircraft.

Your role will also emphasize risk management and continuous improvement in facility safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance of the Calgary Manufacturing H&S; program
Update and manage the incident management system, Cority




Develop objectives for strategic H&S; alignment
Conduct incident investigations for root cause analysis
Support facility audits ensuring compliance with safety standards

Requirements:
Occupational Health & Safety degree or equivalent
10+ years of progressive H&S; experience
Experience with incident management software
Solid auditing and compliance knowledge
Excellent data analysis and communication skills
