Key Responsibilities:
Advocate for youth independence and skillset development
Manage individualized cases effectively
Create and evaluate Safety and Service Plans
Work alongside families and community resources
Document case notes and reports accurately

Requirements:
Degree in Child and Youth Care or related discipline
Minimum of two years of direct youth support experience
Excellent organizational and report writing skills
Clean three-year Driver's Abstract
Valid Alberta Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle
