This role at Doc-Side Medical invites you to collaborate closely with Family Physicians and Psychiatrists. You will conduct both in-person and virtual appointments, primarily for patients with mental illness and those experiencing addiction. The position allows for the development of your independent patient panel and involvement in establishing Primary Care Networks in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct team-oriented consultations in the clinic
• Deliver primary care to a diverse patient base
• Manage a personal patient panel autonomously
• Implement clinic protocols for patient care
• Participate in FPSC portal activities
Requirements:
• Valid Nurse Practitioner license
• Experience in primary care and addiction services
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary setting
• Knowledge of Oscar EMR preferred
• Willingness to adhere to scheduled hours
