Position Overview
As the Plant Controller, you’ll serve as the senior finance leader for the Belleville facility and a key member of the Site Leadership Team. This role provides strategic financial leadership, business partnership, and operational insight to help drive plant performance, support decision-making,
and ensure the integrity of financial results. You'll work closely with plant leadership to translate operational performance into financial outcomes while helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support long-term business objectives.
