The ideal candidate will utilize clinical skills to address mental health and substance use challenges while supervising and mentoring staff in Youth Peer Support Worker positions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver therapeutic counselling to youth and families
• Monitor and support individual case progress




• Lead recruitment and training for school-based staff
• Manage employee performance and attendance
• Build relationships with school staff and advocacy groups
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology or related field
• Registered Clinical Counsellor with BCACC
• 3-5 years’ experience in clinical counselling
• Experience in educational interventions
• Knowledge of community partnership dynamics
