Gateway is looking for a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to cover evening shifts from 14:45 to 22:45. You will apply your nursing skills under supervision, performing assessments and delivering care within the frameworks set by BCCNM. Your role is vital in supporting clients and families to reach optimal health through effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Apply Nursing Process to deliver care plans
• Perform assessments and provide direct patient care
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members




• Organize work and prioritize patient needs
• Recognize and respond to client changes
Requirements:
• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as LPN
• One year of acute care or residential nursing experience
• Strong communicator in verbal and written forms
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficient in operating related medical equipment
