Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 + advantages (based on experience) The Role We’re hiring an Estimator to lead pricing and pre‑construction support on ground‑up ICI projects in Calgary. You’ll own full‑scope estimates, work closely with operations and subcontractors, and help set projects up for strong execution from day one. What You’ll Do Prepare detailed estimates for ground‑up ICI builds (conceptual through tender) Review drawings/specs, develop takeoffs, and build pricing from first principles Manage subcontractor pricing: scope calls, bid leveling, clarification, and recommendations Identify risk, gaps, and value‑engineering opportunities before award Support budgets, change pricing,



and handoff to project teams for clean execution What You Bring 5+ years estimating experience in ICI construction (ground‑up preferred) Strong tendering, trade coverage, and bid leveling experience Solid understanding of scopes, sequencing, and typical construction risk points Confident communicator who can challenge numbers and defend pricing Experience with estimating software (e.G., Accubid/Planswift/Bluebeam/Excel—any is fine) Why This Role You’ll be trusted with real ownership—pricing that drives decisions—not just takeoffs.
