Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients' health and create care plans

Requirements:
• Active registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Diploma in Practical Nursing with IV medication training
• One year's experience in clinical nursing settings
• Excellent attendance and performance record required
• Proficient in basic computer skills for documentation
