As an intern at the Invasive Species Centre, you’ll work full-time for 52 weeks, analyzing water samples and engaging with public inquiries. Your role will support vital research and conservation efforts, contributing to reports and outreach materials to combat aquatic invasive species. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze water samples for invasive species
• Track and report diagnostic results to partners
• Assist with data entry and organization
• Maintain an organized lab space
• Develop outreach materials and respond to public inquiries
Requirements:
• Recent graduate in biology or related field
• Robust communication and data analysis skills
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
• Experience with Microsoft Office Software
• Valid G Class driver's license for travel
