Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily thrift store management activities
• Ensure product pricing and organization is maintained




• Train and supervise staff and volunteers effectively
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the store
• Oversee social media presence of the thrift store
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in retail or thrift store management
• Solid communication and mentorship skills
• Enthusiasm for working with at-risk populations
• Discretion in handling sensitive situations
• Ability to lift 20lbs and valid driver’s license
