As a Team Member in Cultivation at Aurora, you will report to the Supervisor for the Flower Room. Your key responsibilities include monitoring crop health, participating in cultivation tasks like pruning and harvesting, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You thrive in teamwork and are detail-oriented, vital for maintaining high-quality cannabis production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor crop health and identify diseases promptly
• Participate in pruning, defoliating, and maintaining plants
• Release biological control agents for pest management




• Follow Aurora's SOPs and health regulations
• Communicate and escalate issues to supervisors
Requirements:
• Basic understanding of horticulture or agriculture
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work unsupervised and under grow lights
• Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Education in Horticulture is an asset
