Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair transmissions and engines
• Authorize servicing needs directly with customers
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on-site or in the shop




• Update and maintain service paperwork efficiently
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards
Requirements:
• Trade certification and/or Red Seal preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in heavy equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Participate in ongoing training programs
