Our continual investment in learning and technology solutions equips our people to deliver a seamless client experience. Responsibilities Help execute a robust training program for new staff. Work closely with the Client Integration team and operations teams to onboard a large, complex strategic client. Collaborate with key functional teams, both onshore and offshore, to ensure optimal client delivery. Manage a team of Fund Accountants, providing ongoing training, coaching, and support to meet goals and objectives. Ensure employees are engaged, motivated, and developed to maintain high quality work that proactively exceeds client expectations. Use excellent problem‑solving skills to continuously improve the quality and productivity of internal processes and controls. Participate in performance management conversations. Prepare monthly reporting packages for clients. Review monthly financial statements and reconciliation packages prepared by the team. Act as a liaison with clients on matters related to monthly reporting package preparation.



Apply strong business knowledge and technical expertise to develop and recommend solutions for complex problems. Review daily/monthly operational and control reporting. Assist with ad hoc projects. Prepare responses to clients on a variety of issues and queries, as needed. Review administrative and accounting procedures and recommend solutions to work toward a more efficient NAV production process. Participate in strategic departmental and corporate initiatives. Qualifications University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a professional accounting designation (CGA, CMA, CA, CPA or CFA). Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with hedge funds and/or investment companies. Extensive supervisory and managerial experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Outlook. Demonstrated financial reporting, analytical, and organizational skills. Proven ability to work in a challenging, skilled, and deadline‑driven work environment. Experience in Fund of Fund structures, preferably with exposure to private equity and hedge fund investments.
