In this position, you will coordinate with the Food Service Manager to deliver high-quality meals tailored to individual preferences. Your focus on safety and teamwork will enhance residents' dining experiences and overall care. You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to improving service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in meal preparation and service
• Encourage team participation in home committees
• Document food safety checks each shift
• Report observations regarding resident care
• Help maintain a pleasant dining atmosphere
Requirements:
• Valid Food Handler Certification needed
• Previous experience in dietary services preferred
• Positive reading and communication skills
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Current screening results for vulnerable sector
