Concert Properties welcomes an Accounts Payable Specialist focused on quality support for Income Producing Properties, Development, and Corporate Accounting teams. With a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, you'll enhance processes and maintain vendor payment accuracy. Robust analytical and organizational skills will support your success in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute the IPP accounts payable process (P2P)
• Assist with system testing and development when needed
• Follow up on invoices with the property management team




• Oversee coding and approvals for non-P2P invoices
• Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements
Requirements:
• 2-3 years experience in full-cycle accounts payable
• Yardi 7S knowledge is beneficial
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Capable of working independently and swiftly learning
