You will play a critical role in coordinating with various departments and product owners to synthesize billing and collection requirements. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, including 2 years in project management, your expertise will help drive technological improvements. A deep understanding of the Guidewire Billing and Policy Center modules is essential to succeed in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and clarify business requirements with stakeholders
• Support technological improvements in billing processes




• Document workflows and processes comprehensively
• Facilitate workshops for solution definition
• Participate in acceptance testing to validate outcomes
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• 2 years with the Guidewire Billing module
• IIBA or LOMA certification preferred
• Fluent in French, both spoken and written
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools
