Paladin Security is seeking a diligent Full-Time Security Guard to join the team at Ouellette Hospital. You will be responsible for patrols, conflict resolution, and monitoring high-traffic areas, operating in a rapid-paced acute-care environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular patrols of hospital grounds and facilities
• Inspect and screen patients and visitors effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service to all hospital guests
• De-escalate conflicts while maintaining professionalism
• Document incidents and write detailed reports
Requirements:
• Valid Security License for Ontario
• First Aid & CPR - Level C certification
• Ongoing education in Police Foundations or related fields
• Immunization records and Use of Force training
