Harness your expertise in procurement as the Manager of Strategic Procurement Readiness at Nutrien. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective governance and training adoption across the organization.
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Governance and Processes, you’ll be responsible for leading initiatives that enhance business readiness and the understanding of procurement governance. With a focus on stakeholder engagement, impactful assessments, and training delivery, your influence will bring significant positive change for Nutrien and its partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee readiness activities for procurement governance
• Conduct stakeholder engagement and impact assessments
• Guide teams through deployment and stabilization phases




• Implement a competency framework for procurement roles
• Design learning materials and facilitate training sessions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or similar
• 8+ years of relevant Procurement experience
• At least 5 years in Change Management or Learning
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficient in LMS platforms and process documentation
