or related field.At least 5 years of experience in Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning with production Python code.Solid understanding of RL theory: MDPs, value iteration, policy optimization, exploration–exploitation tradeoffs.Proficiency with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and experience with large‑scale production deployments.Experience with container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and CI tools.Excellent communication, mentorship, and independent working skills.Nice to HaveExperience designing data pipelines.Familiarity with full‑stack end‑to‑end application development.Knowledge of property and casualty (P&C) insurance.Salary Range : $120,000 – $170,000 (actual offer may vary by experience, location, and internal equity).
