Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning and implementation of process changes
• Analyze operations using Value Stream Mapping techniques
• Document and standardize work instructions and time standards
• Investigate and resolve manufacturing and design problems
• Research and benchmark industry technologies for improvements
Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• Mandatory Skilled Engineer of Ontario designation
• Five years’ experience in a relevant manufacturing field
