Value Stream Owner (Finance Transformation) | 12-Month Contract

We're seeking an experienced Value Stream Owner to lead a critical Finance transformation initiative. This role will focus on analyzing and redesigning end-to-end financial data flows, ensuring source data is accurately integrated into financial systems to support GL, tax, and financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the Finance workstream and drive end-to-end process improvements
- Analyze current-state financial data flows and identify gaps and inefficiencies
- Trace reporting data back to source systems and establish improved integration processes
- Partner with Finance, Business, Data, and IT teams to define and implement future-state solutions
- Lead stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, and process redesign initiatives

What We're Looking For:

- Solid experience as a Value Stream Owner, Finance Transformation Lead, or Senior Business Analyst
- Deep understanding of financial reporting, GL processes, reconciliations, and financial data flows
- Ability to bridge business and technology teams to drive transformational change
- Hands-on analytical mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
