We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Trainer to guide technical product training for our clients. Utilize your expertise to enhance customer support through effective training delivery.
In this role, your 8+ years of HVAC experience will be pivotal as you deliver product and technical training in various formats. You will prepare and maintain training environments while working with experts to refine educational programs. Your efforts will also include facilitating communication among sales and service teams while participating in conferences to showcase our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead technical training sessions on HVAC installation and service
• Create and maintain comprehensive training documentation
• Set up training facilities and ensure they meet standards
• Liaise with various teams to promote training initiatives
• Support and present at educational conferences
Requirements:
• Hold an HVAC degree or relevant certification
• Proven experience in technical training facilitation
• Proficient with both MS Office and HVAC controls
• Solid analytical skills with a customer-focused approach
• Capable of resolving complex training challenges
