Night Shift Supervisor Plastic Manufacturing

Armtec is seeking a hands-on Night Shift Supervisor to lead production operations, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will oversee nightly production, support employee development, and help achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the night shift team to meet production targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Coordinate production activities and resolve operational issues.
- Coach, train, and develop employees.
- Monitor performance and implement process improvements.
- Partner with maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Complete production reporting and documentation.

Qualifications





- Experience supervising manufacturing or production teams.
- HDPE manufacturing experience is an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to coach and develop employees.
