As part of AutoScout24 group, Europe's largest online car marketplace, we're shaping the future of automotive retail in Canada and beyond.We're looking for a User Support Engineer to join our IT team on a 6-month Temp- Fulltime contract.Location : GTAWork Type : Hybrid (3-4 days in office)In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for internal employees, delivering high-quality technical support and an exceptional user experience. You'll work closely with IT and engineering teams to resolve issues efficiently while meeting established service levels.What You'll Do Provide white-glove technical support to end users, both onsite and remotelyAct as the primary point of contact for IT incidents, service requests, and user inquiriesInstall, configure, and support Windows and macOS laptops, mobile devices, and corporate IT applicationsManage and prioritize support tickets to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Document issues, resolutions, and updates in the service management systemCollaborate with IT and engineering teams to resolve escalated issuesCreate and maintain support and procedural documentationProvide end-user guidance and training when requiredSupport device lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboardingFollow IT security policies and best practicesDeliver excellent customer service aligned with company valuesWhat You Bring Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experienceExperience supporting Windows and macOS environmentsStrong understanding of computer hardware and mobile technologiesWorking knowledge of virtualization technologiesExperience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook,
Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)Familiarity with Zoom meetings and collaboration toolsBasic understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and OktaExposure to IT Service Management (ITSM) toolsStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesInterest in AI & Emerging Technologies Interest or hands‐on experience using AI‐based assistants or productivity toolsBasic understanding of how AI systems such as large language models workCuriosity about applying AI to improve IT support processes, documentation, automation, or user experienceWhy Join Us...
