Job DescriptionManager, FP&A at a glanceLocation: Toronto, ON | Hybrid (3 days in-office)The Finance Manager, FP&A for the Canada Business Unit is responsible for the full P&L and for driving the monthly FP&A agenda. The role also supports the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Planning cycles for their respective platform. This team member is a key link between the Marketing, Sales Planning, and cross-functional Finance teams, and reports directly to the Associate Director of FP&A + Strategy.What's on the menu?Lead FP&A for Canada, with oversight of all categories and responsible for understanding and influencing both revenue and cost drivers (full P&L responsibility)Execute the monthly actualization process including P&L variance analyses, insights, and issue resolutionSupport the Demand Review process including partnering with marketers on demand forecast inputs and validating driver assumptionsRun the monthly forecasting process to project and explain financial performance on a rolling 18-month basisSupport the build of the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic PlansAnalytical assistance on business results and achieving financial targets via data-driven insights and recommendationsModeling, analytics,
