Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the worldWho are you?You are an experienced Associate Director who has experience in the Project Management Corporate Occupier sector looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment.Job DescriptionAs an Associate Director, you will be responsible for:Being part of Turner & Townsend’s corporate occupier fit out teamLeading Project Management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service deliveryProviding support on major Project Management commissions, taking responsibility for service deliveryEstablishing the overall success criteria for the project, including resourcing, time, cost, technical and performance parametersLeading on compliance for quality, safety, health and environment issues on project commissionsLeading on establishing effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilized throughout projectLeading on Project planning, supporting the development of the detailed project planLeading on advising upon the procurement of resourcesLeading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project teamLeading on the monitoring and applying performance management techniquesLeading and advising upon project financesLeading and advising on Contract Administration processes, claims resolution and disputesDirecting the flow of project information between the project team and the client,



through regular meetings and written communicationsPreparing and/or reviewing formal project progress and other reportsTaking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stagesLeading on bids, responsible for business development and running a small teamQualificationsA minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience inreal estate or construction projects of increasing complexity.Experience delivering corporate occupier projects, retail, industrial, mixed-use or related real property capital projectsConfident and able to lead projects in own right but, when necessary, to work as part of a senior delivery teamStrong interpersonal skills to train and develop teamsRobust and methodical analytical skills, adaptable, with experience leading effective teamsExperienced in preparing,definingandleading onbid proposals, andworkclosely alongside other Directors and other Senior Leadership in the business.Professional degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management or a related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) designation is highly desirableAdditional InformationWhat'sin it for you...100% covered health and dental benefits for you and your dependents (including paramedical services)Health spending account, to top up expenses not covered in the benefits programRRSP option with company matchingAnnual learning and development budgetAccess to a range of online learning tools, and support for career development and growthCoverage of one professional membership or license fee per year, ifdirectly relatedto your roleWe believe in work-life balance, so you can recharge and take care of what matters most with vacation,flexand sick daysA flexible,

Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
