Reporting to the District Manager, you will ensure each location delivers safe, compliant, resident‑centred service every day.You will set the operational vision for each site and work closely with on‑site teams to ensure consistent delivery through hands‑on leadership, coaching, and collaboration. The successful candidate will have experience leading large, diverse teams and a proven track record of service excellence, people development, and operational performance in healthcare, hospitality, or a related field.Redefining the Patient Experience - We provide industry leading dining, environmental, facilities, and healthcare services in hospitals. and promoting healthy living.Job ResponsibilitiesServe as a senior operational leader and trusted partner for both our client organizations and AramarkChampion a safety first culture, ensuring all services meet or exceed provincial health, safety, and infection prevention standardsEnsure full compliance with Aramark programs, healthcare regulations, and site specific contractual requirementsDeliver high quality food, hospitality, and support services tailored to the needs of residents, families, and clinical teamsTrain, coach, and develop site managers to ensure consistent service delivery and strong leadership pipelinesSupport succession planning and workforce stability across all assigned sitesDrive annual revenue growth and operational improvements through quality, innovation, and targeted service enhancementsConduct regular audits to ensure compliance with Alberta Health Services (AHS) standards, licensing requirements, and contractual obligationsAct as delegate for the District Manager when requiredAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice.QualificationsUniversity/College degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Health Services, or a related field (preferred)CSNM is an assetAdvanced food safety certification (e.G., Food Safe Level 2, equivalent)Minimum 5 years of management experience in a fast paced food service, healthcare, or hospitality environmentExperience managing multiple locations and leading teams of 20+ employeesStrong computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordProven financial literacy, including the ability to analyze budgets, operating reports, and financial statementsDemonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain strong, diverse teamsStrong relationship building skills with internal teams, clients,



and senior leadershipExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesPositive attitude and a genuine commitment to resident centred serviceValid driver’s license and reliable transportationFlexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as requiredThis role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
