The Target Pay Range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 annually.

At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job‑related skills, experience, education, training and budget.

This posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization. Our recruitment process may include use of Artificial‑intelligence (AI) Tools.

The Accountant I is responsible for supporting the company’s financial record‑keeping and reporting requirements and ensuring compliance with US GAAP, corporate policies and procedures and common ethical practices.

This position will work closely with other members of the Finance and Accounting team to drive company and department success while enhancing their own personal development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Executes monthly accounting close procedures as assigned including reconciliations, journal entries, financial analysis and reporting and accounting and system research
- Assists with the preparation of daily, monthly and quarterly reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Identifies and analyzes reconciling items between the general ledger and supporting details, and follows through on the clearing of these items
- Supports audits by compiling data and documentation for accounting transactions and balances
- Daily, weekly and monthly account analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Ensures compliance with internal controls and accounting processes and documents standard operating procedures




- Supports other functional areas by providing requested data, answering accounting questions, participating in cross‑functional teams and provides training as appropriate
- Seeks process improvements and problem resolution in all aspects of the job function
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
- Minimum of 2 year of accounting related experience required
- Oracle or other ERP experience strongly preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Proven ability to be part of a diverse accounting team
- Excellent customer service skills and professionalism including patience, ability to listen and to follow up effectively with all staffing levels
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload, multi‑task, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines
- Ability to respond to questions clearly and efficiently
- Ability to understand, analyze and interpret financial statements and financial data
- Consistently displays strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently; self‑starter
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

- Ability to read, analyze and interpret accounting principles and financial reports
- Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, auditors, accountants, or members of the business community

- Ability to define problems, collect data,



establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Requires eye‑hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and vision to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports. Requires manual dexterity to operate computer, keyboard, calculator, copier machine and other office equipment. Requires eyesight correctable to 20/20 to read numbers, reports, and computer terminals. Requires hearing within normal range.
