We are looking for a Technical Advisor to join our team!Job Description- Open work orders; - Close work orders; - Prepare appointments for the following day and manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles- Answer calls and schedule appointments- Track parts on order- Understand and apply the manufacturer’s warranty, including prepaid maintenance plans- Process requests for extended warranties- Manage multiple IT platforms** We welcome candidates with experience in any role within the automotive industry. **Job Requirements:- Experience in the automotive industry (any role); - Passionate aboutcustomer service (enjoys working with the public).We offer a permanent position with a 5-day workweek (Monday through Friday), no weekends.The company provides a work uniform.
