Become an essential part of Saint Mary's University as a Medical Administrative Assistant III. This full-time role focuses on managing patient appointments and maintaining electronic health records to ensure patient care efficiency.
In this permanent position, you’ll coordinate patient visits, greet visitors, and input vital health information into the Electronic Medical Records system. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients in a qualified manner

Requirements:
• Completed a medical office administration program or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and EMR
• Ability to work independently and as a team

• First-aid/CPR training is an asset
