Base Pay RangeCA$140,000.00/yr - CA$170,000.00/yrSenior Project EngineerRemote Mine – British Columbia – 4 days on, 3 days offReporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this role provides leadership and technical support for environmental assessment, permitting, remediation and water treatment projects and programs. The role supports a mining client in British Columbia and requires regular weekly travel to their site.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical direction and lead the performance of environmental assessment, permitting, remediation and water management projectsProvide senior engineering level support for the design, construction, and commissioning of water treatment, mine water management, remediation and reclamation projectsIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive solutions to prevent delays and disruptionsDrive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability, while leading change management initiatives for smooth transitions in processes, tools, and methodologiesPrepare study reports, engineering specifications, and contract documentsReview project documents and drawings for technical quality and accuracyPrepare design work packages including scope, duration, and level of effort estimatesPrepare signed/sealed engineering deliverables as a Professional of Record (PoR)Support other engineering projects as part of the Ensero Engineering TeamWork in collaboration with the business development team to participate in client meetings,
