The Skilled Labourer role is crucial to our construction projects, working directly under the Site Superintendent. Key duties include material handling, structure assembly, and equipment operation, all while adhering to safety protocols and collaborating effectively with team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Site Superintendent by completing assigned tasks
• Handle loading, unloading, and site cleanup activities
• Assemble or dismantle construction structures




• Operate machinery to facilitate material movement
• Observe and maintain safety standards in office
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of construction experience
• Proficient with tools, equipment, and safety practices
• Required MEWP, Telehandler, and Skidsteer certifications
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Valid BC Driver’s License is essential
