Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests by ensuring timely service, accurate order taking, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system
- Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience through effective upselling techniques.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of food handling and safety practices.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Assist in food preparation as needed,



adhering to all food safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt attention during their visit.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.
- Solid communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour
