Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our team in both part-time and full-time roles. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. This role offers an opportunity to develop hospitality skills, work in a dynamic environment, and be an integral part of our team dedicated to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring correct food and beverage delivery
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff when necessary
- Manage guest requests efficiently, addressing concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction




- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health standards and safety protocols

Skills

- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for billing, cash handling, and upselling purposes
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly desirable
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence

Pay: $17.60 per hour
