Qualifications
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a line cook
- Criminal record check within 30 days
- Must obtain Food Safety course within 90 days of hire
- Excellent culinary skills, possesses the ability to perform all functions in the culinary operations
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
- Experience with maintaining kitchen equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
- Knowledge of governmental and safety regulations
