T-West Construction is a locally owned, commercial general contractor serving the Grande Prairie region since 2007, with roots dating back to 1992. We specialize in tenant improvements, renovations, design-build, and new commercial construction. As a small firm, our team members gain exposure to every stage of the construction process, from estimating through project closeout.

We are seeking a Junior Estimator / Project Coordinator to support our estimating and project management functions. This is an entry-level position with training provided.

Responsibilities

- Assist with preparing estimates and tender submissions, including quantity takeoffs, subcontractor pricing, and bid assembly
- Solicit, track, and organize subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Review construction drawings and specifications
- Support active projects with scheduling, purchase orders, RFIs, and submittals
- Maintain project documentation and follow up on outstanding items

Qualifications

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail




- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Proficiency with computers, including spreadsheets and email; comfortable learning recent software
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (required for site visits)
- Construction knowledge is a strong asset — trade experience, a construction-related diploma, or

job site experience are all valued

- Ability to read construction drawings is an asset; training will be provided for the right candidate
