Trinity Physio is a client-centred physiotherapy clinic located in Orleans, Ottawa.

We require an enthusiastic individual to interact with clients and ensure that their experience is engaging and pleasing.

We are looking for an energetic and compassionate individual to join our admin team and work alongside our physiotherapists Monday to Friday 4pm-8pm.

The ideal candidate would have previous customer service experience in a gym/fitness, retail, or hospitality setting.

Responsibilities would include:

⁃ Maintain an inviting atmosphere in reception for clients

⁃ Manage the schedule

⁃ Manage paperwork, patient files, and ensure client information is accurate





⁃ Booking and confirming appointments

⁃ Maintain an organized setting

Requirements:

⁃ High-level customer service, hospitality, and compassion

⁃ Professional, reliable, and punctual

⁃ Organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and prioritize

⁃ Efficient on computer programs, and able to quickly learn our clinic management system

⁃ A team player

⁃ Fluent in English and French

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
