Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating food from the heart and experience in commercial kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will play pivotal role in meal preparation, ensuring dish quality and presentation are the highest standards. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
- Assist in meal preparation with developed knife skills and kitchen etiquette
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the general kitchen and workstations.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures.
- Collaborate/Communicate with all the culinary team to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning equipment, smallware's, and all surfaces




- Follow all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food handling (valid food handlers certificate preferred).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining quality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and creating memorable experiences.
