The Clinical Resource Nurse will serve in the A3 Thoracic/Vascular/PCU-S unit, ensuring high standards of patient care. Successful candidates must possess a minimum of three years of relevant acute care experience. Familiarity with protocols and best practices in patient-centered care will be essential for achieving optimal outcomes in this dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor surgical patients throughout care

Requirements:
• Three years of recent surgical nursing experience required
• Completion of a registered nursing program
• Certification in Critical Care and ECG Monitoring required
• Active CRNM registration and CPR certification
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
