Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations
• Conduct national safety audits annually
• Develop safety projects on a national scale
• Analyze incidents to recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with operations management on safety inquiries
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in occupational health or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a unionized retail workplace
• CRST designation preferred or ability to acquire
• Strong knowledge of BC health regulations
• Bilingual English and French is preferred
