The Link is seeking a passionate Crisis Response Worker for its Mobile Crisis Team. This role emphasizes crisis intervention skills, mediation, and culturally proficient approaches to support youth and their families. You will work in office and via phone, ensuring stability and resilience in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer the crisis line and provide timely interventions
• Develop safety and follow-up plans for crisis situations
• Collaborate with external agencies for effective care
• Offer recommendations to other service providers




• Perform administrative duties and maintain communication
Requirements:
• Understanding of trauma impacts on Indigenous peoples
• Experience with crisis intervention and community resources
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Satisfactory criminal record and abuse registry checks
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle usage
