Join ICLD Group and lead impactful adult education as a Carpentry Facilitator in Campbell River, British Columbia. This role offers you the chance to develop and implement a curriculum that supports learners in achieving skilled trades employment.
As an essential part of ICLD Group, you will design a 12-week Carpentry Pathway Preparation Program aimed at equipping adults with practical skills for construction careers. Your responsibilities will include classroom instruction, curriculum development, and fostering an engaging learning environment that promotes student success and workplace readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging classroom instruction using diverse methodologies
• Coordinate hands-on learning and practical activities
• Facilitate interactions to enhance learner understanding
• Monitor engagement and academic progress
• Develop assessments to evaluate skills and knowledge
Requirements:
• At least 3-5 years in curriculum development
• Experience with adult education programs
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Authorized to work in Canada
