In this role, you will work under the Property Manager to engage with potential tenants and assist them throughout the leasing process. By showcasing properties with skilled tours and responding promptly to inquiries, you'll enhance the overall leasing experience. Your ability to manage leads and pipeline effectively will contribute to the success of our commercial and multi-family properties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales by effectively closing leasing deals
• Conduct insightful property tours for prospective residents
• Manage application processes and follow-up leads
• Keep abreast of market trends and competitor offerings
• Help implement creative marketing strategies to boost tenant retention
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or industry experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in technology and Microsoft Office
• Minimum 1 year in residential leasing or sales
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license
