Key Responsibilities:
• Perform pre-testing procedures to assist patient care
• Help process third-party benefit claims efficiently
• Adjust and repair eyewear frames as per need
• Track and follow up on customer orders diligently
• Guide patients in selecting frames that suit their style
Requirements:
• Provincial Optician license or recognized certification
• Genuine care for eye health and customer experience
• Solid organizational capabilities for managing tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills with patients
• Understanding of current trends in eyewear
