The successful candidate will engage adult learners through demonstrations, role-playing activities, and classroom instruction while adhering to Omnia's approved curriculum. Your role includes fostering a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver practical learning and demonstrate key service procedures
• Administer performance-based evaluations and provide feedback
• Explain service-department processes clearly to students




• Create a respectful and organized classroom environment
• Collaborate with the training operations team on student progress
Requirements:
• Experience in automotive administration or shop operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to teach to diverse adult learners
• Previous training or teaching experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
