In this key role, you will report to the Regional Director and oversee daily operations within our recycling sites. With a minimum of 5-10 years in operations management, preferably within the metals industry, you will manage teams and optimize efficiencies. Your focus will be on achieving performance objectives and fostering a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and motivate a team of employees
• Organize efficient dispatch of trucks and transportation schedules
• Monitor employee performance with coaching support




• Prepare analytical reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of operations management experience
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proven team leadership and coaching skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred
