Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and present capital cost estimates for project proposals
• Prepare cost estimates at different design stages




• Analyze cost variances and communicate risks
• Support procurement with RFx and risk evaluations
• Perform site inspections for accuracy
Requirements:
• University degree with 5+ years in Quantity Surveying
• Progressing towards MRICS or PQS qualification
• Expertise in estimating for heavy industrial projects
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of procurement best practices
