Collaborating closely with Tribe Leads and Engineering, you'll mentor teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will help elevate AI literacy and contemporary practices within delivery management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive AI-enabled delivery practices across squads
• Maintain squad delivery rituals and planning activities
• Ensure roadmaps, backlogs, and forecasts remain actionable




• Lead retrospectives that identify cross-squad improvements
• Communicate risks and status transparently to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 6-8 years in Agile delivery with relevant Scrum Master experience
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
• Excellent executive communication and mentoring skills
• Familiarity with financial services or regulated industries
