This role also includes responsibility for maintaining and optimizing a Microsoft SQL Server database that supports critical production operations.You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including manufacturing, engineering,



and IT—to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport, maintain, and extend a VB.NET Windows Forms application used in a production environmentDesign, develop, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, including tables, stored procedures, views, and indexesPerform daily production support activities, including issue investigation, troubleshooting, and resolutionTrain end users and provide clear documentation and guidance for system usageAssist with interfacing internal systems and databases for data exchange and reportingGather and analyze business requirements to recommend enhancements that improve performance, usability, and scalabilityMaintain accurate and up‑to‑date database and application documentationIdentify opportunities to improve data quality, performance, and system reliabilityExperience and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)Minimum2 yearsof experience in database development, data operations, or application supportSolid understanding of relational database design, normalization, and performance tuningDemonstrated experience with at least one object‑oriented programming language (VB.NET, C#,
